Natalie brings a wealth of senior executive experience to PHF Science with a focus on increasing business performance through practical and innovative people and culture strategy.

Natalie has achieved significant business results leading human resources, health safety and wellbeing, organisational development functions as well as facilitating strategy and transformational change. Natalie’s experience in New Zealand spans a number of well known organisations including Ministry of Education, MetService, FMG, Synlait Milk, Christchurch International Airport, Goodman Fielder and Mainland Products. Prior to living and working in New Zealand, Natalie worked with a number of fast moving consumer goods and utility companies in Australia.
