Bronwyn is an experienced People and Culture leader who has worked across public service organisations, Crown agencies and on the establishment of Crown companies. Bronwyn specialises in strategic people leadership, transformation and change, which has included setting up new organisations, merging agencies, and using the people and culture tools and levers to unlock strategy and build strong, high performing cultures. Bronwyn has led the People and Culture function in many large, complex and diverse organisations including extensive experience in the Justice sector. More recently, Bronwyn has worked in a consultancy capacity with a range of organisations of national significance. Bronwyn's experience combines strategic vision with practical delivery to help organisations shape the future through their people.
