Summary

A wānanga workshop was conducted as part of a Health Research Council funded project looking at the impacts of temperature, exposure and child health. The workshop brought together a series of experts in climate and health, and associated sectors including education, building and infrastructure to share the information from the research and to explore some of the policy opportunities and options. This is important as achieving impact for child health requires ongoing interaction with policymakers and decision makers, not only as beneficiaries of research but also as co-creators of future science for policy.
