Health practitioners, please notify cases of gonorrhoea via PHF Science's web-based REDCap form. Follow these instructions to complete the REDCap 'quesionnaire'. Please note: PHF Science does not accept paper-based notifications for gonorrhoea. Case notifications must be completed online via the REDCap form.
